On July 22, we were fortunate to see a solar eclipse. This was the first total eclipse in 46 years, and in Kitakyushu we were able to experience around 90% of a total eclipse. The next time one will come to Japan will not be for another 26 years!

On July 17, we held a party to welcome our foreign exchange students. Currently, we have students from China, Korea, and Mongolia studying at our school. Everyone appreciated the delicious snacks organised by Mr Woolbright and his seminar class.
