On June 10, our ESS circle held a farewell party to Nicky, Alice, and James–our Winchester students. They have played a large role in ESS this year, and were particularly helpful in preparing our students for their speech contests. We wish them all the best, and will miss having them on our campus!

On Saturday, May 30, Seinan’s ESS member, Mami Adachi took 1st place in the 21st Mackenzie Cup Recitation Contest at Baikou Gakuin University in Shimonoseki. Mami, a 1st-year English Department student, performed Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream” speech.
