Every morning the students have English classes with Kathy, but in the afternoons they get out into the community for a variety of activities. Today’s activity was Rock Climbing – which none of us had done before. The girls were great, and really tried their best. EVERY student got to the top of the climbing wall. Best climber was Kazumi, who had a very natural style. Biggest effort was by Eri ‘Ganchan’ who just wouldn’t give up, but kept going to the top of the medium-difficulty climb. She used many calories on the way up!! Our guide today was Pascalle, and she brought her son, Mathieu, with her to join in the activities.
