On Friday, June 24, students from Seinan Jo Gakuin University joined students from the International University of Kagoshima for a debate contest. There were 3 teams and they debated the topic of \u201chometown hospitality\u201d. The Seinan Jo Gakuin University team introduced Kokura Castle, Mojiko Retro, and local festivals. After all the teams had finished debating, the results were announced. The winner was\u2026 Seinan Jo Gakuin University! Congratulations to our three students. We are looking forward to next year\u2019s contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, we lost because of counter arguments being too short, but we got the first prize this year.
