Robert Cochrane<\/strong> has been teaching in Fukuoka for over 20 years and taught all levels of English language learners. With a PhD from Lancaster University in Educational Technology, he is well versed in using digital tools and resources for work, study and play.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
