One of our students participated in the Kitakyushu ESD Council’s activity report meeting and presented a poster session on \u201cProject Neuru<\/em>,\u201d an initiative by youth in the Asia-Pacific region. This year, marking its 5th anniversary, the overall theme was \u201cSmart Cities: Designing Our Tomorrow<\/em>.\u201d We worked for six months with youth from South Korea, China, the United States, and India in a Model United Nations format. We also heard case studies on \u201cMuseum Jack<\/em>\u201d initiatives implemented in Kitakyushu and Shizuoka, learning the importance of promoting ESD in collaboration with local communities. Recognizing that SDGs education is closely linked to developing global talent, we intend to build on this experience for our future studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
