On January 29, 2014 a group of students gathered in Ms Tsukamoto’s office in the early morning for a web-conference with students from\u00a0East High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA (where it snowed 10 cm yesterday!). Using Skype, they told the students there about traditions related to celebrating New Years in Japan, and asked and answered questions with the American students. It was great to see the students interacting in such a relaxed and competent manner, even though they were many thousands of kilometres apart!<\/p>\n
