Our annual trip to Toho-Mura for our Eco-Tourism project was held on June 10-11. We spent a very enjoyable weekend planting rice and sweet potatoes, lighting fires to heat bath water, attending a “fire festival” in a local village, and making (and eating) soba noodles. Lots of fun with our English Dept. students and the 4 students from The University of Winchester.<\/p>\n
