500,000 words!

Congratulations to Aika Sakisako, one of our 2nd year students, and the first ever to reach the Half Million Words mark in our Extensive Reading programme. Students read graded readers, then take online quizzes in our Moodle e-learning system. For every quiz they pass, words are added to their total. And how much is 500,000 words? Well, if each word was one centimetre high, that would make a stack 5 kilometres high! Well done, Aika, and we look forward to presenting another award when you reach One Million Words!
