“What is “fluency” to you? All students want to achieve higher levels of fluency, but how to study it, and what actually works? I have been teaching fluency-based speaking classes for over 20 years, and will share my methods and theories to get students to speak faster and to say more.”
Mr. Cruz is currently working on several English study projects. He is from Canada, and is a veteran university instructor and Japan resident, specializing in fluency instruction.
