Fukuoka Yatai Research Project

Members of Andrew Zitzmann’s Year 3 Seminar are preparing for a presentation contest at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies taking place soon. Last week, they went to Fukuoka to do research about Yatai at the city hall. They learned about the history of Yatai and their special features. After that they visited many Yatai and interviewed owners, workers, and customers. Also, they enjoyed many delicious dishes. They had a great day!
