On August 8, six of our students headed to Sydney, Australia for a study abroad experience. During their 3 weeks there, they will not only study English, but also do an internship in local kindergartens and schools. Check our blog often to follow their adventures!
One of our Year 2 students, Ami, describes her first day in Sydney: “Today, I got on the train in Sydney for the first time after being taught by my roommate. I was very surprised that the trains in Sydney were two stories high! And, I found high-rise buildings! The centre of Sydney is surrounded by such high-rise buildings. This was one of my surprises. Then I went to see the Opera House. It was very powerful when I saw it up close, and the beautiful building was very memorable.”
