Ordering Food at Restaurants

5月15日、アメリカとタイから8名のゲストが当校の英語コミュニケーションクラスに参加しました。本日の授業のテーマは「レストランでの注文」でした。両国の外食文化の違いについて英語でディスカッションした後、ゲストの方々が学生と共に英語で食事を注文するロールプレイをしてくれました。学生とゲストどちらにとっても非常に楽しい授業となり、大変充実した時間を過ごせました。学生たちにとって、ネイティブスピーカーとのリアルな会話を楽しむ貴重な機会となりました。今後もアメリカからゲストの方々をお迎えする予定で、皆とても楽しみにしています。

On May 15, eight visitors from America and Thailand joined our Year 1 English Communication classes. The theme for today’s class was “Ordering food at restaurants”. After discussions about the cultural differences of eating out in both countries, the visitors helped the students roleplay ordering food in English. It was a very fun class which both students and visitors enjoyed immensely. It was also a great opportunity for our students to enjoy conversations with native English speakers. We’re looking forward to more visitors joining us in the future.
