10月25日（土）、徳島県で開催された「国際ゾンタ26地区第18回地区大会」に参加しました。この大会は、女性の地位向上と社会貢献を推進する国際ゾンタの日本全体の会員が一堂に会し、知見を共有し議論する重要な場です。記念講演では、変化に柔軟に対応し挑戦を続ける姿勢の重要性を学び、ユース会員＆男性会員サミットでは、世代や性別を超えた協働の在り方をテーマに議論し、実践的な視点を得ることができました。私たちは西南女学院大学ゴールデンZクラブの代表として活動報告を行い、他大学の発表や交流を通して多くの刺激と学びを得ることができました。
On Saturday, 25th October, we attended the “18th District Convention of International Zonta District 26” held in Tokushima Prefecture. This convention serves as a vital forum where members of International Zonta from across Japan gather to share insights and engage in discussion, promoting the advancement of women and social contribution. During the commemorative lecture, we learnt the importance of maintaining a flexible approach to change and a spirit of continuous challenge. At the Youth & Male Members Summit, discussions centred on collaborative approaches transcending generations and genders, providing practical insights. Representing the Golden Z Club of Seinan Jogakuin University, we delivered an activity report. Through presentations and exchanges with other universities, we gained considerable inspiration and learning.
