JAL Flight Attendants and Ground Staff Roundtable Discussion

教育連携を締結しているJALから、客室乗務員およびグランドスタッフにお越しいただいて、座談会を実施しました。航空業界のお仕事の概要、客室乗務員やグランドスタッフの具体的な仕事内容や勤務日の一日の流れなどついてご説明いただいた後、学生からのさまざまな質問に答えていただきました。客室乗務員やグランドスタッフになるために学生時代にやっておいた方が良いこと、お仕事でやりがいを感じたことや大変だったことなど、さまざまなことについて、細やかにお答えいただきました。憧れの業界で働いてらっしゃる方々から直接お話を聞くことができて、学生にとっては大変学びの多い時間になりました。

Flight attendants and ground staff from JAL, with whom we have concluded an educational partnership, visited our school to participate in a roundtable discussion. After giving an overview of work in the airline industry and explaining the specific duties of flight attendants and ground staff and their workday, they answered various questions from the students. They answered in detail about what they should have done when they were students to become flight attendants or ground staff, what they found rewarding and what they found difficult about their jobs, and so on. It was a great learning experience for the students to hear directly from people working in the industry they have always dreamed of.
