北九州ESD協議会の活動報告会に参加し、アジア太平洋地域のユースによる「Project Neuru」についてポスターセッションを行いました。5周年を迎える今年度は「スマートシティ：私たちの明日をデザインする」を総合テーマとし、韓国、中国、米国、インドのユースたちと模擬国連の形式で半年間の間活動しました。また、北九州と静岡で実施された「ミュージアムジャック」の導入事例を聞き、地域と連携しながらESDを促進していくことの大切さを学びました。 SDGs教育はグローバルな人材の育成と密接に関わっていると感じたため、今回の経験を今後の学習にもつなげていきたいと思います。
One of our students participated in the Kitakyushu ESD Council’s activity report meeting and presented a poster session on “Project Neuru,” an initiative by youth in the Asia-Pacific region. This year, marking its 5th anniversary, the overall theme was “Smart Cities: Designing Our Tomorrow.” We worked for six months with youth from South Korea, China, the United States, and India in a Model United Nations format. We also heard case studies on “Museum Jack” initiatives implemented in Kitakyushu and Shizuoka, learning the importance of promoting ESD in collaboration with local communities. Recognizing that SDGs education is closely linked to developing global talent, we intend to build on this experience for our future studies.
