This year’s English Camp took place at Nishinagato Resort Hotel in Yamaguchi, in a beautiful location next to the Japan Sea. The weather wasn’t so good, but we still managed two days of lectures, group work, activities, performances, and bonding together. It was a great chance for us all to get to know our Year 1 students better. We also had guests from New Zealand, the UK, and Canada, as well as Keiko Willhite from Oxford University Press. The trip ended with a visit to the museum of Kaneko Misuzu… a well-known poet who was born nearby.
イングリッシュ・キャンプ 2013: 今年のイングリッシュ・キャンプは日本海沿いの美しい場所、山口県の西長戸リゾートホテルで行われました。天気はあまり良くありませんでしたが、講義やグループ・ワーク、アクティビティ、スキットなどの二日間のプログラムを実施することができました。１年生と知り合いになる大変良い機会になりました。また、ニュージーランド、英国、カナダからのお客様、そしてオックスフォード出版のケイコ・ウイルハイトさんにも参加していただきました。旅の最後には、この地域で生まれた金子みすゞの記念館に行きました。
