高校生向けのJALイベント『Enjoy Your Trip 〜空の旅ホスピタリティワークショップ〜』を開催しました。JALの客室乗務員（CA）やグランドスタッフから直接たくさんのことを学べる貴重な一日でした。午前中は、CAやグランドスタッフの仕事を通して、ホスピタリティとは何かを学びました。午後は、様々なシチュエーションを想定したCAと乗客の英会話練習や、英語の楽しいアクティビティ。最後には、JALスタッフによる実践的なホスピタリティのワークも体験しました。Our JAL event “Enjoy Your Trip – Air Travel Hospitality Workshop” for high school students was held, a valuable day to learn a lot directly from JAL cabin attendants (CA) and ground staff. In the morning, participants learned what hospitality is through the work of CAs and ground staff. In the afternoon, they practiced English conversation between CAs and passengers in various situations and had fun English activities. Finally, participants also experienced practical hospitality work by JAL staff.
参加者同士で親睦を深め、航空業界の仕事について具体的なイメージが持てるようになり、充実した一日となりました。t was a fulfilling day for the participants, who were able to deepen their friendship with each other and get a concrete image of what it is like to work in the airline industry.
