2023 English Camp in Sumiyoshihama

On May 12-13, we traveled to Oita for our two-day English Camp at Sumiyoshihama Resort Park. On Friday, we enjoyed English activities in the afternoon followed by our English Skit Contest in the evening. On Saturday, we wrote postcards and enjoyed a treasure hunt, followed by a lecture from our special guest, David Street, on how to enjoy a perfect holiday in Europe. We then hopped on the buses, stopping at the retro town of Showa-no-machi before heading back to Kokura. Lots of fun, and a wonderful chance to make new friends.

5月12日～13日の2日間、住吉浜リゾートパークでイングリッシュキャンプを開催しました。金曜日の午後は英語アクティビティを楽しみ、夕方には英語スキットコンテストを開催しました。土曜日は、お世話になった高校の先生にポストカードを送ったり、宝探しをしたりした後、スペシャルゲストの英国ウィンチェスター大学のデビッド・ストリート氏からヨーロッパでの完璧な休暇の過ごし方についてレクチャーを受けました。その後、バスに乗り込み、レトロな町、昭和の町に立ち寄ってから小倉に戻りました。楽しい時間を過ごし、新しい友人を作る素晴らしい機会となりました。
